I use Guajillo chili powder in a lot of recipes. It adds depth to food flavors I’ve always eaten vegetarian and satisfactorily replaces the meat flavor in recipes where I once used ham.
If you eat meat and don’t have Guajillo chili powder, just use ham in its place.
If you don’t eat meat and don’t have any Guajillo chili powder, try some Sweet Paprika and a mild standard Chili Powder. It will do.
